Supervision ensures a safe and effective delivery of therapy services, including essential school therapy. This collaborative process involves guidance, evaluation, and professional development, which are crucial for optimal outcomes in occupational therapy. Occupational Therapists (OTs) supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Physical Therapists (PTs) supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), and Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
We collaborate with IEP team members and assess current performance levels of students to determine appropriate therapy services, including occupational therapy, and set meaningful goals. Our therapists actively participate in IEP meetings to share insights related to school therapy.
Our virtual therapy services, including occupational therapy and school therapy, are effective, proficient, and therapeutic. We use secure and FERPA/HIPAA-compliant video conferencing to provide the same high-quality care as in-person sessions.
Our therapists are trained on platforms including IEP Online, Skyward, and Infinite Campus to facilitate a seamless onboarding transition for our therapy services in school therapy and occupational therapy.
